An impressive feat for a one-agent team. Listing bank-owned (REO) properties is also part of my knowledge and it has been an eye-opening experience for me. I had already experienced much success with buyer-side on REOs, now having worked on the side of the bank I know what many banks expectations are and how to try and keep a transaction on track. I also have experienced tremendous success with FHA bank-owned buyer transactions.
