Alright you don't want to be bothered by relentless phone calls "Are you gonna buy?"..., "Are you gonna buy?"..."Are you gonna buy?".  I understand that is NOT how to communicate.  Being a licensed REALTOR and on many Boards, I can provide you with a list of all the properties in the area so you can look them up and do a little research on the ones you like. It makes sense that my knowledge can only work in your favor.  Ok, you finally found home in Round Rock, Texas that has an incredible location, next to the best schools, and close to work.  The only thing you didn't realize was the Walmart is going in right next door, or they are building a city facility right next door.  You see its my job to look out for you so that you can make the best informed decision.

 Just Please Don't....

...look at something on-line, call that REALTOR, then find another property, call that REALTOR and so on.  It is important to forge a relationship with a REALTOR you know and trust as opposed to calling 6 REALTORS and not getting the service you truly need and expect.  We live by those phone calls, its how we make our living.  So making sure you can call ONE REALTOR for all your needs is critical.  Make sure you are comfortable with this person because it can be the "beginning of beautiful friendship" 9 out of 10 times I create a lasting friendship from my previous clients. I look to do the same for all my clients.

Bottom Line

As a REALTOR, it would not be in my best interest to "SELL" my clients on a piece of property.  I advise and consult you with all the facts and information to make the best choice.  I would not have many referrals if I didn't look out for my clients best interest!  By utilizing me I can give you immediate information and results.
