I was first licensed in 1977 when I emigrated from the US(New Jersey & Florida). After having a vacation home here since 1969 we sold our business and took up permanent residence in 1977. I always felt I belonged here in Nova Scotia In the early 80's we also opened an Auto Parts Store which was sucessfully sold and is now part of the CarQuest chain. It's success was largely because of the wonderful people I met as a realtor.
My passion is doing such a good job for my clients that they refer me to their friends and family. I am now an Associate Broker with Remax South Shore. I have seen both sides of Nova Scotia as a tourist exploring all the wonderful things it has to offer and its friendly and helpful residents and then as a permanent resident with growing children (now grown with grand children), part of my community, volunteering in 4H and now very active in the Lunenburg SPCA. My husband and I still live on the farm we bought in 1969 with our pets. I am a charter member of Nova Scotia "Come to Life", promoting the values and beauty of living here.
I mainly work in the residential and recreational areas. I love working with first time buyers and continue with them as their families and needs grow and change. Also, those who are getting ready to retire and enjoy the many diversified areas of beautiful Nova Scotia. I also work with those clients who are transferred in or out of Nova Scotia through their work affiliation. I realize that these transactions are not done on a regular basis by most people so I apply my expertise, experience, knowledge, integrity and professionalism to every transaction. My clients know that I will be there for them from the beginning to the end and beyond. That is why I work mainly from referrals from satisfied clients AND related industry professionals.
I also deal with multi-family, condos, land (lakefront, oceanfront, lots and acreage), farms and light commercial. Nova Scotia has a lot to offer and I know just where to find it.
Our office is staffed by 21 experienced agents. Remax is known internationally and Remax South Shore enjoys a large share of the market in this area.
