We have been investing full-time in the greater Baltimore area for the past 5 years. We specialize in Wholesaling Lease Options (this is working GREAT right now!), Rehabbing, and the occasional Short Sale. We have completed over 150 successful real estate transactions, and currently have a handful waiting to close!

We specialize in helping sellers get close to retail asking price for their homes, using a lease-with-an-option-to-buy. Many homeowners in this market have had it, with dropping their listing price time and time again. Instead trading equity just to get the deal done, we teach home-owners the benefit of Renting-to-Sell their home by allowing us to pre-screen and place a qualified Tenant-Buyer in thier property, who is on the right track to purchase their home.
