I enjoy working with buyers and sellers throughout Middlesex, Somerset, and Union counties, NJ.
My introduction to the fascinating world of real estate occurred when I was a youngster. My mother was the first female real estate sales associate in the Toronto area, working for A.E. LePage in the ‘60s. I served as her personal assistant, with particular responsibility for maintaining the paper-based MLS data for my mother’s territory.

| Robin guided me in my recent home purchase. I started my home search by attending open houses. I met Robin at one of her open houses. Her professionalism and the ease with which I could talk to her made me select her as my REALTOR. I have owned several homes in the past but had been renting for the last 10 years. It was time to get back into the housing market. I had some notion of what I was looking for, but didn’t have exact requirements. Robin set up several home tours of different homes and areas. During the next several weeks Robin led me on the road to my discovering what my house requirements were, and what locations would be acceptable to me. From there we found my home. I was traveling during the purchase process, so Robin helped set up the inspections, appraisal and other items that were required. One particular item required a day's worth of digging at the town hall, board of health, and township engineering office. Robin accomplished this investigation and more. All in all Robin consistently went above and beyond expectations. I have the home I wanted and Robin made it happen. I highly recommend her. |

| I hired Robin to lead the marketing efforts in the sale of my home. Having worked with Robin in other capacities, it was the first time she would be working for me in this role. Her initial marketing presentation was thorough and easy to follow. She immediately made me feel that she was committed to portraying our home in a way that would attract the greatest number of potential buyers. Robin was creative in how she took several of the photographs. Not all of the rooms were easily captured, but she managed to find angles I never would have thought of. She included wonderfully-worded descriptions for each; her use of language is unmatched! She also kept us apprised of all activity such as how many unique visitors viewed our listing, and other important metrics. Although I wasn't at home on the few occasions that Robin showed prospective buyers the house, I knew she was glowing as she showed them each room. She didn't only do a great job of making it look good online and in print, she was a true admirer and that came across loud and clear to prospects. Ultimately, her marketing efforts paid off. In an economy where most sellers are finding their homes on the market for months and months, we received an offer within seven weeks! And whereas most sellers are forced to reduce their asking price significantly, ours sold for 97% of the initial asking price. I'd say much of that was due to Robin's exceptional marketing efforts, and the fact that both she and her partner helped us price the house perfectly. I was more than just satisfied with her work - I was delighted! |
