About 4 years ago I moved from San Diego, CA to Salt Lake City, Utah to serve a mission for my church. I fell in love with Utah and have lots of friends who moved from CA to Utah.
I love Real Estate! I have owned my own properties in a few states. Always treated my ownership like a business, not a hobby.
2023 RE License in Utah. Had CA license since 2004 and investor since 2001. Always found my license to be an asset not a libility.
