I am very familiar with the coastal communities of Essex County, with residence in the Newburyport area.
After working for a non-profit trust in Washington, D.C. to preserve historic architecture listed on the National Register of Historic Places, I am uniquely qualified to assist both Buyers & Sellers with their antique and historic home endeavors. I have extensive knowledge in the restoration of old homes and know what to look for (although not a professional home inspector) in determining if a property has "good bones".
I also have extensive experience in residential new construction sales. Buyers will benefit from my knowledge base whether in looking over architectural blueprints, design selection, quality of the components used and the builder, etc. Some of the projects I have sold were condominiums so I also can advise my Buyer clients on important documentation they need to review and approve in order to make an informed decision with no unpleasant surprises after closing!
