Since 1996, Michael Cooper has worked in all facets of the residential real estate market in San Diego, giving his clients the benefits of experience and a unique perspective.

Michael began in property management, managing a portfolio of over 205 income properties for private and institutional clients. Michael is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and has extensive experience originating and closing mortgage loans for purchases and refinances as well as representing buyers and sellers in real estate sales of residential and investment properties.  This wide range of experience makes him better able to serve the needs of his clients. Currently Michael Cooper focuses on the management and sale of distressed properties for short sale and REO clients.  Michael Cooper is specially trained in Distressed property, short sale, REO, foreclosure avoidance, and HECM REO sales.

Michael, his wife Michelle and their 4 children are San Diego Natives and deeply committed to the community through church and civic organizations. "It is through serving others that we find true fulfillment."
