Arizona Mortgage Specialists, Inc. has been in business as a mortgage broker for over twelve years and recently bought a new office building in Tempe to relocate our firm from Scottsdale. The company only employs the most experienced loan officers who are full-time professionals with a high degree of integrity and expertise in the mortgage industry.
My mortgage career started in 1993 when I relocated to Arizona from Irvine California. My previous experience was as a Commercial Real Estate broker for ten years, concentrating on commercial properties in Orange County California. My background in the mortgage industry includes being a top loan officer for Chase Manhattan from 1997 through 2005.
We work with the majority of banks and wholesale lenders throughout the country providing our borrowers with the widest variety of loan programs. We also have relationships with lenders who offer niche loan programs for the toughest or most complicated loan scenarios.
