Jim Sexton has resided in the Greater Scottsdale Area for nearly 10 years now. He has dedicated that time to representing Buyers and Sellers in their Real Estate Transactions throughout Arizona. From Vacation Properties up North to the "West Coast" of Arizona, Lake Havasu. His focus has been Luxury Properties in Greater Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Jim's referral base has been significant to include Custom Builders, Brokers and agents from competing firms!
Jim obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 1974 from Virginia Technical Institute after finishing an extensive military tour around the world. At that time he started climbing the ladder in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry. He held many positions including Plant Management to Vice President of Engineering and CEO of his own firm in the late 80's. In his last five years prior to Real Estate he was part of a specialized small group of individuals that took over plants for their principles and share holders. They would then turn the plants around making them profitable and "lean" running then turning them back over to new management.
After taking an early retirement in 2000 Jim decided to pursue his second passion, Real Estate. Following his strong believes in Continued Education as the only way to improve your craft and practice the fine art of practicing Real Estate. He has dedicating himself to becoming one of the most knowledgeable Real Estate Brokers in the industry. Jim obtained his Associate Broker status in 2004. Jim also has a complete and through knowledge of new home construction.
