| Mirella became involved with our family after the other agent basically washed his hands and decided to go back to school. So she entered in a situation where we were already waiting on a short sale. And then, with a thud, that short sale fell. Along came another short sale, and again it went no where. When we finally found our home, it was through Mirella that I found the financing. It was Mirella that help negotiations and enabled us to get the house we really wanted. She was pleasant, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help us. What started out in February, finally ended in December, 11 months later, so I have spent many hours with Mirella, some where I don't come off too well and others where she knew exactly what would work for me and what wouldn't, better than I knew. When the ending came and we moved, I must admit, I will miss the interaction with Mirella. She is professional but she also is the friend you have, assisting and guiding on purchasing a home. I heartily recommend her and would not hesitate to talk to a client, who wants to know more about her. When she tells you that the house/sale and purchase happen because it is meant to be, believe her. It really does and being in this new house for only 1 week today, have to say, there is not one thing I would change about the house and not one thing I miss about the old. |

| - Highly likely to recommend Bought a home in 2012. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: I will never be able to express just how amazing Mirella is. The price point for my first home was rather low; but Mirella was positive and patient with me from the beginning. When the perfect home did come up I was heartbroken (but not surprised) to find a large amount of people had also bid on the property and a bidding war had begun. Mirella reminded me that nothing was impossible and she went through the bidding process with my modest offer despite the bidding war. She made sure all my ducks were in a row and all the paperwork was in order so that there was no way my offer would not be considered due to a stipulation. The property yo-yoed several times from being under agreement to back on the market. Mirella always let me know pretty much within the hour when the house was back on the market and she always had everything ready for me to re-submit my offer (despite being continuously over bid). Despite all odds and her enthusiastic determination I eventually got the house. I know that if I did not have Mirella as my realtor I would not be sitting in my home right now writing this review. She guided me through the whole process and was present for everything. |
