I was named a "5-Star Realtor: Best In Customer Service" in Seattle Magazine in 2008, 2009,2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2015. I was in the top 11% of sales of Coldwell Banker agents internationally in 2014. Born and raised here in the Puget Sound area of the Northwest, I'm familar with the different geographics, amenities and commutes from different areas. I believe in helping my clients make the best decisions for THEIR situation, whether it's buying/selling now, or waiting for a different time in their life. Their best interest is my only interest. I enjoy working with first-time buyers, move-up, buyers, and young couples as well as my own generation, the Boomers, and particularly, those in or near retirement, who are a treasure to know and a joy to assist. I have a brother who's career Navy and I understand the challenges of being a military family and moving from one state to another so military newcomers to the Puget Sound and those leaving our wonderful state are near to my heart. How am I different than many (but not all) Realtors? There's no pressure and I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them find the right fit for them. I perform between 50-60 Broker Price Opinions for the banks every month and have my finger on the pulse when it comes to local market values in different pocket areas. I live very near Lake Tapps and am very knowledgeable about the Bonney Lake/Lake Tapps market areas. Prior to living here, I lived in Federal Way for over 40 years and worked in Tacoma. I am therefore very familiar with those areas and the surrounding areas as well.
