Hi there. I’m Shad Rockstad, and I believe the best work comes from folks who show up, listen, and keep their word. I’ve spent 35+ years helping real estate pros and small businesses grow with steady, common-sense marketing. I got my start young. At 10, I sold Grit magazines around Wichita and Butler County, Kansas. In high school, I washed storefront windows every week and learned that consistency and quality beat clever. At 19, I was running the Andover, Kansas Chamber of Commerce and advocating for the small businesses of my hometown with state and federal elected officials. Those years taught me to serve first and let results do the talking.
