I am a 5th generation Oregonian and second generation real estate broker. My home and the people and critters who live there are the most important things in my life and I am humbled to be a part of so many families' life changes.
I've always worked with a lot of first time buyers and sellers, and as life changes, so does my business. These days most of my business is by referral from past customers, friends, and family, as well as my repeat investors who buy rental property or flip houses. | I cant say enough good things about Shannon. Extremely knowledgable with 17yrs real estate experience and a life time living in the area. She listened to needs and wants and used them to find the best options that fit us. Never felt pressure to buy, even pointed out cons (along with the pros) that we might have overlooked or just to give a more realistic point of view. As a first time home buyer, and not one to handle stress well, I went through a couple emotional breakdowns and Shannon was nothing but supportive. She understood that at times I just needed an extra day to let things sink in. In addition, the Shannon Rose group stays active in the community in works in, such as hosting community charity events. Just an all around wonderful team and experience. |

| I cannot stress enough how great Shannon was to deal with and she got us the deal of the century as far as I'm concerned. Shannon took us to more than 10 houses, narrowing our search each time based on what we liked or did not like about each home, until we narrowed our search down to 2 short sale houses in mid 2013 when the market was a mess of multiple-bank-owned properties and foreclosures and who knows who owns which house... short version: We paid below list price, got a great house, in a fantastic neighborhood, she arranged for financing with a legit company that was easy to deal with and we now pay less than our apartment rent was. Don't use anyone else. I mean it. Shannon is the best, period, everyone else is just blowing smoke up your butt. |
Straight talk, great negotiation skills, and lots of fun. I'm just as likely to talk someone out of the wrong deal as I am to talk them into the right one.
