Our aim is to provide superior service to our clients without sacrificing time with our families, or compromising our values.  We each limit the number of clients we work with, so we can give them the time they deserve.  By working together, we ensure that an agent is always available.  We share a strong belief in the power of home-ownership.  Helping people find and purchase their first home is one of our most rewarding accomplishments.

We emphasize education over sales tactics, teaching our clients the market so they will understand the value of their home.  We will never pressure you, and will tell you honestly the pros and cons of each home and area.  We stay technologically up-to-date, using all the tools available to provide "real time" service.  Our goal is to let you know about the best homes the day they come on the market.  We are socially concerned, supporting our community, and acting locally to protect and defend our environment.

We believe that by always working in our client's best interests, we will build relationships in our community, creating a loyal clientele who refer us to people they care about.   This is our goal...a business based on people, not prospecting.

For Sellers:

Education is the key to successfully preparing and pricing your home.  We will advise you on needed repairs, staging, and small and large details that will make your home even more desirable.

Honesty: We will be up-front with you about your home's value.  We will show you what comparable homes in the area have been selling for, and tell you how to price it.  Our goal is to help you get the best price in the shortest time, with the least stress.  You decide the price, based on how quickly you want your home to sell.

Communication:  We will keep you fully informed about showings and feedback from agents and their buyers.  We will review the price with you every three weeks, using the most recent sales.  And when you accept an offer, we will keep you up-to-date throughout the process and arrange any inspections or repairs.

For Buyers:

Representation: Many home buyers don't realize that a Buyer's Agent can help them find and negotiate for their new home, and that the agent's fee is usually built in to the price of the home.  We can tell you about homes the day they are listed, and can save you time and energy by previewing new listings, and showing you only those that suit you. 

But the true value of a buyer's agent is in writing and presenting your offer, negotiating the terms, and arranging and evaluating the inspections.   You can have a knowledgeable professional working for you, rather than relying on the seller's agent.  Remember, it doesn't cost you any more to have a Buyer's agent on your side!
