Real Estate is my passion and calling and I am truly blessed to have a job that I love so much. I have been in the business since 2003 and am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I am a native to Kansas City and serve the Greater Kansas City area.
I am a proud fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. In 1988, I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri in Kansas City. I am a Nana and have 7 wonderful grandchildren, one of which, Nicolette, who lives with me. She has multiple disabilities and is a tremendous blessing to everyone she meets and is the reason I am an active supporter of organizations who work with Special Needs Children.
I am honored to be a part to of THE LARGEST Keller Williams office in the entire city and work alongside a large group of talented top producing agents. In 2016, our office became the first office to hit ONE BILLION in sales.
My specialties are working with both First Time Homebuyers, Military families and Foreclosures including other distressed properties such as Short Sales, Probate, and Estate homes. I love the professional and personal satisfaction of educating families to the metro Kansas City Area Real Estate market. I have a keen eye for locating distressed properties all over the city for clients whether they’re an investor or homebuyer. Many of today’s buyers want a good deal and are willing to fix up the home themselves. With that are many great rehab financing options too so be sure to let me know if that is something you want to explore.

Both awards are given for exceptional customer service, knowledge and reputation and authenticate the level of service I provide all my clients.

| I loved working with Sheila! Not only is she is a "seasoned" professional, but she is a wonderful person as well. I began working with Sheila, while going through a divorce. I knew nothing about short-sales, but that was the only option for our situation. I thank God we had Sheila because her patience and knowledge of short-sales, was truly a blessing. Although, my husband and I were able to reconcile and ended up taking our home off the market, I would definitely utilize Sheila for any future real estate transactions! |

| It was truly by the grace of God that I found Sheila Vardakis to help us with our short sale. It was very stressful that we had to give up our home first of all, and then to try and go through the selling process on top of that was overwhelming . She was not only very knowledgeable on the process but very supportive of the emotional strain I had going on and she made it very easy. We were more than grateful to her and it is one of those situations where you want to just thank someone profusely for the help they gave you but you don’t quite know how to express it.
