On January 5th, 2015 AZ Home Seekers was born as the newest real estate brokerage in the Phoenix east valley. AZ Home Seekers is operating in San Tan Valley AZ. Deborah Lemmon, the owner of Az Home Seekers, was a successful agent with ReMax for years in Seattle WA. Debbie relocated to Phoenix 7 years ago teaming up with AZ Native Jeff Jones, who had a successful experienced agent/ broker. Jeff Jones had been a top producer for a decade in Temecula CA with both ReMax and Realty Executives and now serves as AZ Home Seekers designated broker. Since being licensed in Arizona in 2007 Jeff Jones has been selling homes in the east valley, winning numerous production awards from Keller Williams Realty. Debbie Lemmon brought a marketing flare and a desire to help relocation and second home buyers; after relocating herself from Seattle she became a great advocate of our sunshine state.The concept behind AZ Home Seekers is simple, people first, the buck stops here. | We met Jeff and Debbie in December of 2015 through my parents while we were down in Arizona for 2 weeks. My dad had us set up to go with them and their Realtor's, Jeff & Debbie to look at a house they found that we heard was amazing. My husband and I were looking for an investment house and didn't know that what we would be walking into would be our home in just about 30 days. First off, Jeff and Debbie are great people! They show professionalism and really really care about their clients. They seem to always be available when you need them and made the house buying process seem easy and seamless. They worked with us on making the sale out to what we wanted it to be and explained everything to us. They gave great advice and were very honest with us. They are on the ball and ready to serve you! Even after the purchase has gone through they are still there for you to help you with anything you may need. Now that we are in the process of selling, they are again helping us. We also recommended them to friends and relatives that have all bought or sold homes using them. | We were recommended to Jeff Jones and Debbie Lemmon by a family friend to help us with our real estate needs when purchasing a second home in the Phoenix area. In our case we found a house via the internet listings in a neighborhood that we had visited a few weeks prior. We were confident that the neighborhood (Encanterra) was right for us but we hadn't visited the property that we found online. Since we live outside the Phoenix area we needed someone that we could trust and act on our behalf to view the home and help us through the process. Jeff Jones visited the property and recorded a video of every detail inside and out. Because of Jeff's expertise we felt confident to make the offer and negotiate the deal without traveling to Phoenix. Jeff and Debbie demonstrated time and again that they are very detail oriented and made sure to take care of everything so that there were no surprises. They even did the walk through at closing on our behalf including arranging for new keys to the house and a gate pass to the neighborhood.
