Sidney Elyea

Since 2016, Sidney "Sid" Elyea has served as a project manager with RJ Ryan Construction, Inc., a general contracting firm that provides design-build assistance for commercial construction in the Upper Midwest. Sidney Elyea’s recent projects with the company include a new 48,000-square-foot transfer station for Globus Transport in Lakeville, Minnesota, and a new 12,000-square-foot site for a Kubota Tractor dealership in Brainerd, Minnesota.

Previously a project manager with Division21, Inc, Sid Elyea oversaw new store build-outs for several national corporate franchises in more than a dozen states, as well as numerous hospital, retail, and restaurant renovations. Mr. Elyea studied architectural construction technology at Saint Cloud Technical College and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University in Edina, Minnesota.

In his free time, Mr. Elyea enjoys biking and hiking nature trails, as well as fishing for large-mouth bass on Lake Minnewashta. He is also an avid photographer and belongs to a recreational pistol target league.
