I would like to follow up on the result of your staging of our home. First of all, both Dale and I agree that we would not sell another house without staging it. We felt that staging this house added an extra $30,000.00 to the sale price. We listed the house on June 1st, the first showings were on June 3rd (approx. 7 parties) and we sold for the full asking price on June 5th.
