Not only do I offer my clients my experience as an agent in listing and selling properties, I can also offer my background as a mortgage lender and teacher. Statistics show that most escrows fall apart due to financing. Since I have had extensive experience as a loan officer, my clients benefit from my in-depth knowledge of the mortgage/finance worlds.

The State of California granted me a teaching credential in real estate finance and in 1989, I developed a class to be taught at Mt. Diablo Adult School in Pleasant Hill. “How To Buy Your Dream Home” has been so successful that we added “Sell Your Home For Top Dollar” a few years later. My newest class, “Insider Secrets of Buying Short Sales and Foreclosures” has been an instant hit!
