By the time Jay earned his real estate license in 1992 (age 26), he'd already been involved in the business for over 15 years as assistant, go-fer and all around errand boy. By 1995, he'd earned the honor of being the youngest real estate broker in Northeast Ohio. In 2001, Jay, along with his wife Diane and their three children, made the move to Las Vegas where he put his teaching degree from Bowling Green State University to task as an instructor of Nevada Real Estate Pre-Licensing, Property Management and CE Classes. It wasn't long before he was recruited to establish a new real estate school for the fastest growing brokerage in the state. In 2005, as trouble appeared on the horizon of that company (which ended up in bankruptcy), Jay accepted a position as broker and educational director with an upstart company, which grew from three agents to over 400 in the span of just one year!
In 2006, Jay left that company and established Since 1917 Realty & Property Management.

In 1917, Gus Rosen began his auction & real estate company in Cleveland, Ohio. There are now Rosen Real Estate professionals in every region of the United States, serving buyers, sellers and investors with the same drive, integrity and duty that has kept the stellar Rosen reputation for representation in real estate transactions alive for almost 100 years. Since 1917 Realty & Property Management was formed in 2006 by Jay Rosen, the great nephew of Gus Rosen. In keeping with the Rosen tradition, two of Jay's children are now working with him to carry on the Rosen business for perhaps another century!

| Jay has been managing my properties since 2009 and everything has always run smoothly. Deposits are made on time, renters have been excellent, and, communication is always on time and transparent.
