I love this business because I love helping people get into homes, and saving money, and love the challenge of helping everyone. Married and have 5 awesome children, and a high function Autistic son that has changed the way I look at life! Moved around a lot as a kid from California to Florida and made Las Vegas my permanent home in 2008, but SoCal will always be my second home. I have won several awards through the years but being selected businessman of the year in 2003 in Lake Forest by my fellow peers means the most to me.
Through my career I started as a lead generation telemarketer for mortgages, while going to school. Studied Criminal Justice, Paralegal, Business management, and then later Economics applied finance. Finally converted to a loan officer, then went on my own, then working for a large company and was number one, then taking a VP job at a startup, then opening up my own brokerage. I have seen all sides of the flow of this business, its chaos but it’s what I love and I am very passionate about it.
I am constantly reading, and attending seminars and training to keep up on the changes. My nice is helping people turned down by other banks. I believe everyone deserves to own a home and be in the best financial situation that I can help with, and to be in a better position than when we met. There are many programs that can be used and I will go the extra mile and stay with someone till the goal is accomplished regardless how long it takes. My clients are my family and its my job to get them into a home by telling the story, its their biggest and most important purchase they ever make, you need a pro. Mike has an extensive background and knowledge in all types of loans and loan products and the various programs (VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional and others).
