Our services include Property Management/Preservation, Hauling, Rehab, Landscaping, Janitorial, and more.  Servicing Illinois: Boone, Lee, Ogle, and Winnebago Counties. We love what we do, so we do it with passion and pride. We have General Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance with Two Million in coverage. 

 Property Preservation: Our property preservation services include but not limited to: 24/7 Emergency Hotline, Board ups, Controlled Thaws, Swimming Pools, Debris Removal, Evictions, Fence Repairs, Initial Lawn Service, Janitorial & Refresh, Lawn Maintenance, Lock Change & Re-keying, Mold Removal, Basic Plumbing, Rehab / Repairs, Basic Roofing, Snow Removal, Vehicle Removal,  and more.

 Hauling: Equipment used for hauling and moving consist of one 14ft box truck, one extended Ford Eco line cargo van, and a Dodge Ram pick up truck.

 Rehab: Services in rehab consist of minor drywall installation and carpentry. Roof repair, heating and air conditioning, electrical work (A licensed & Insured subcontractor will be obtained for these purposes.

 Landscaping: Possessing over 10 years of landscaping experience.  Services include mowing, edging, tree removal, brush and tree trimming, de-weeding of flowerbeds and property area, removal of all debris from the lawn, blow and sweep all walkways. Equipment consist of one commercial lawnmower,  two push lawnmowers, weed-whackers, leave blowers, chainsaw, and more.

 Janitorial: The cleaning of commercial and residential properties, with the top priority being making a safer environment by using eco friendly chemicals. Services include cleaning & sanatize all rooms and crawl spaces, vacuuming, sweeping & moping, wiping down all surfaces from cobwebs.
