Sherman Smith & Associates was formed in 1989 by Sherman Smith in an effort to provide better service to his clients. Sherman has been selling real estate in Orange County since 1978.

Please let me introduce myself to you. My name is Sherman Smith and my reason for writing is to offer my services to you as they are needed. I am a Real Estate Consultant* and I have been selling real estate in Orange County for 30+ years. At Sherman Smith and Associates we give you information, options and our professional opinion then we let you make the final decisions.
