Lisa Cogdill joined the Keller Williams team in September of 2010, after completing all the necessary real estate class hours and taking the state test in June of 2010. She has since been working with potential buyers to find that perfect fit in a property as well as working with potential sellers to find the right market for listing their property for maximum return.

Lisa has an associate’s degree in both accounting and business from Haywood Community College graduating as a member of Phi Theta Kappa, a member of the Deans’ list and the National Honor Society due to her 3.9 gpa maintained throughout her college career.  Lisa has also completed the requirements for certification in Home Staging at The Asheville Real Estate Home Staging School’s Stage Master Class.

Lisa has been employed in the Industrial, Commercial and Residential Construction industry since 1996. Her employment in these fields yields experience in all aspects of the construction industry from the project design beginning to the final billing of the projects. Her husband, being a licensed General Building Contractor in the state of North Carolina, has been a great resource and assistance in the industry as well as on projects completed.  Lisa and her husband have built numerous new homes as well as remodels and additions from decks to entire new kitchens.  The focus is always being on quality work to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.

Lisa was born in the Western North Carolina area of Haywood County and lived primarily in Jackson County area.  She has been married to Tony Cogdill for 29 years and together they have three wonderful children and two grandchildren. The eldest of the children being a son, 27, stationed in Norfolk, Virginia serving our country in the naval services specializing in nuclear electrical requirements. The middle child being a daughter, 25, residing in Jackson county of North Carolina, and making a career as a paramedic serving with the Haywood County Emergency Service.  She has a husband and two children.  The youngest of the children being a daughter,23, still going to college working on an Accounting and Business degree but also working in the Accounting field part time as well. She is married with no children at this time.

Having traveled to many vacation destinations for both scuba diving and simple relaxation, Lisa has experienced much life as to offer.  Regardless of where she has been, there simply isn’t any location as beautiful and breathtaking as the mountains and lakes of Western North Carolina.
