Get to Know Heather Durren
Heather Durren is an accredited Staging Professional. Her work has been seen on Channel 7 news, and most recently on the Today Show. She was a key speaker at the International Home Staging Convention in San Francisco and a productive member of the International association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) Great Lakes Chapter. Heather has also been included in articles about Home Staging in the Detroit Free Press. She has written several articles on Staging for local Real Estate companies, and enjoys contributing to the Staged Homes web site. She is passionate about her work and currently takes time to educate home sellers by teaching a Home Staging course at the Birmingham Community House.

Includes a Walk-Through Consultation to create a plan of action as well as up to 3 hours of Hands-On Staging to your house. 1-3 stagers will use their expertise and creativity to turn your property into a real show stopper using as much of your own things as possible.We can do as little or as much as you like. On average it takes 1 to 1 1⁄2 hours to complete each room.

Staging Places Signature Consultation
This is an extremely detailed assessment of the property, including a written report with floor plans and a prioritized homeowner "To Do" list.
You will receive my expert analysis and observations, with suggestions for every part of the home, starting with curb appeal and continuing through all rooms of the house, as well as the rest of the property. Pictures and prices of any suggested purchases such as light fixtures or window treatments, are included.
Your home will be listed on StagingPlaces.biz and StagedHomes.com for greater visibility and marketing.

Walk-Through Consultation
Are you a do-it-yourselfer? Think you have it mostly under control but need an unbiased opinion or some creative tips on floor plans, accessories and artwork?
