     I am a professionally trained and accredited home stager who enjoys preparing occupied and vacant homes for sale.  I can help make that all-important first impression that make buyers see themselves living in the home.  I objectively and systematically analyze homes to ensure they look their best to appeal to the most buyers.   Staging a home to its greatest potential gives me personal satisfaction! 

     I consult with the homeowner and tour the home and yard and make recommendations of what should be done.  I can also help stage through decluttering assistance as well as furniture, artwork, and accessory editing and placement.  I will work with what a client has and recommend additions only if needed.  

     I pay special attention to maximizing the square footage of the home and highlighting the architectural details to make a high quality presentation.  Every home deserves to be shown to prospective buyers at its very best!
