Eager and determined to make real estate her career, at an age of 20 she made that dream a reality. She was the youngest Realtor among her colleagues and by the time she was 24 she was already given her largest assignment located in the heart of Downtown Houston. The Tennison lofts was a historic building converted into a luxury loft living. A vacant multimillion-dollar project that Stephanie manage to fill up to 100% occupancy with a waitlist. She credits her success to her strong social media skills, communication process, and understanding the market.

With a focus on the Houston to Fulshear market, she offers 15 years' experience in the real estate industry, highly skilled in commercial landlord representation, single family homes and multifamily management corporations.
