Have you ever felt "duped" by a sales person because you had no idea what they were talking about? Do you cringe at the thought of taking your car in because you have no idea if the "recommended repairs" and consequent costs are legit?

Well if you have, you are someone that will appreciate my approach to the mortgage process. I thrive in high-trust relationships and I strive to build that trust by explaining in simple, understandable terms, what a potential borrower should be looking for in their lender and loan officer.

What you can expect from me is same day response to any question. Good Faith Estimate?  Don't even need to ask. I WANT you to shop so you can appreciate what I'm doing for you. When Loan Officers do tactics to prevent customers from shopping them it shows a lack of confidence in the their rate and fees, for clients who deserve better.

If you do not really care who does your loan, or what your fees are, or if you ever understand what a Truth in Lending statement is, I am not for you.

Nothing is more frustrating then a client who has no value for what myself and my staff are doing, which is delivering an important financial product, in a fast, honest, low cost manner.  Giving your social security number and all your financial information is a HUGE risk in this day and age, you shouldn't be trusting this information to too many people. Almost all of my clients heard about me from a previous customer or professional acquaintance.

I know very few people fall into this category but there is that occasional customer who rates hearing what they want to hear, over the truth . . . even if what they wanted to hear changes at the closing table when it's too late to back out of a sale. I expect to earn your trust, thus setting me up to operate as the professonal you deserve, not a simple yes man.
