Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog! My mission as a Realtor is to provide the best customer service possible to my clients. In an effort to do that from the very beginning, I provide my customers with information via email absolutely free. It's quick and easy...who doesn't like that these days??!! With that said, if you would like to receive new home listings by email or if you would like a computerized market analysis completed on your home, please check out my website www.SeacoastHomesForYou.com. You can even search the MLS and continue to view my blog from this site.
Now a little about me...after a 20-year career in the corporate world in human resources and customer service, I decided to make a move to real estate. I chose this route because, not only was it more conducive to my family life, it was also of interest to me and seemed to fit well with my personality. Whether or not I was buying or selling property of my own, I always loved to look at the free real estate magazines. I read them all cover to cover. (Still do!!) That love for real estate, combined with being a “people” person, made my career transition very easy. I pride myself in being willing to help, but not pushy, and having a work ethic that will provide only the best service possible. If that is the type of real estate agent you are looking for, give me a call or write me an e-mail. I’m at your service!
As a native of the Seacoast area, I am also very familiar with the Portsmouth area and surrounding towns. I grew up and went to high school in the Dover/Somersworth area. After college I bought my first condo in York, Maine before moving south to Kittery, Maine. Whether your looking for beach access or a private home in the wooded countryside, give me a call or drop me a line...I'd be happy to help you make your next move! And, don't forget to check out my website www.SeacoastHomesForYou.com for all your real estate needs.

I specialize in all aspects of residential real estate on the Seacoast of New Hampshire (Portsmouth, Dover, Hampton, Stratham, Greenland, Exeter, Durham, Lee, Newmarket, Newington and New Castle) as well as Southern Maine (York and the beaches, Eliot, Kittery and South Berwick).
Whether you are planning to buy or sell a condo, a single family home or a manufactured home in any of these areas, I'd be happy to help you do just that. Whether you are buying your first home, downsizing or upsizing, it is my mission to assist you in every way possible in finding your dream home or helping you move on to your next home. I will do this by listening to your needs and walking you through the entire process of either buying or selling. Housing transitions can often be a long and difficult process but I will be there every step of the way to guide you through - and make it as easy and as stress-free as possible. I will do this by providing first-class customer service, which includes open, honest communication.
During the past 4 years, I have been specializing in short sales. During the hard economic times we have suffered in the past four years, home owners are discovering that they owe more on their real estate loans than their home may be worth. If they have faced a divorce or a job loss, this may make it hard to keep up with their mortgage payments. As a result, foreclosure looms. I specialize in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure and save points on their credit rating by helping them sell their home "short". By working with the seller, a potential buyer and the bank, I have helped many homeowners walk away with dignity. A website that I have dedicated to this subject is Can We Sell Short. There are some tips and hints on that website as well as some resources that may help homeowners avoid foreclosure. Call me so we can discuss some alternatives for you and save your credit rating and dignity in the process.
