Hello my name is Sunny Singh and I have been in the Mortgage Industry since 2002. I love what I do, and couldn't see myself in any other field. I started my career working for California Financial Group in San Ramon, CA. I worked with some of the biggest named Top Producing Agents in CA, these were no amateurs. I got a chance to study their techniques and strategies on how to negotiate rates with banks and structure loan packages when I was just fresh out of college.

I moved up in this company at a very young age, until I became a Manager and had my own team. In 2012 I decided that I needed to be off on my own. 

After CFG, I became a Branch Manager for a small brokerage firm located in the Bay Area. I learned how to Underwrite loans, and held First Time Home Buyer Seminars in my local community college which taught potential homeowners everything they needed to know before purchasing their first home.

Since 2012, majority of my business has come from new home construction. I worked exclusively with large scale national builders such as KB Homes and DR Horton, specifically with condo projects. 

Before Mortgages, I attended college at Cal State Hayward University where I studied Criminal Justice, I also went to Las Positas college where I studied business. I received my degree in 2004. My father worked for the Oakland Police Department and my mother worked for the Post Office as a window clerk. I come from a very humble Punjabi family and grew up in the Tri Valley area.
