| Susan represented me on both the buy side and the sell side for my house that I purchased & sold in DC. As a first time home buyer, I really leaned on her expertise and she was able to guide me through the process and use her extensive network to find the perfect house though a pocket listing and we were able to close a deal without entering into a bidding war with other buyers (This is important as the time of sale was in 2021). Susan really shined as my listing agent when we sold my house in October of 2024. I believe this is where all great agents will demonstrate their value. She used her network and years of experience to help coordinate staging, contractor work, generate media attention and get the house listed on local real estate publications, etc. She rolled up her sleeves and helped maintain the property in my absence and ensuring it was in top condition for showings. I was genuinely impressed with her tenacity, experience and effort. To anyone considering buying or selling a property in the DMV area, I’d strongly recommend Susan! |

| I cannot praise Susan and Alexandra enough. I was searching for a house in DC, although I live in NYC. Covid made it impossible to travel back and forth, so I was dependent on Susan's advice, acumen and efficiency. She was superb and... well, exactly right every single time. She understood what I was looking for. She told me when a house was worth pursuing and when it was not. She was absolutely frank and responded within minutes. When the right house came up, she pursued it with such perfect strategy and timing, that I was left breathlessly impressed. The perfect jewel house is mine. The most extraordinary thing is that Susan is STILL helping me with innumerable matters even after the sale. I simply can't believe my luck in finding the Isaacs Team. Work with them if you can. | My husband and I had been unsuccessfully searching for a townhome in DC for months before we started working with the Isaacs team. Because we were looking for a semi-fixer upper, we found ourselves losing out on multiple properties to developers and all-cash bidders. After an initial meeting with Susan, we knew that she and Alex were the perfect fit. They set up a virtual pinterest-like board of potential homes in our neighborhoods of interest and promptly responded to all of our questions and comments when new homes would pop up. Susan is blunt, honest, savvy and very aggressive in the best possible way. She helped us navigate the crazy DC real estate market and snagged us our dream home in our favorite neighborhood. Even after closing on the home and running into some issues with the seller during a rent-back period, Susan has been on top of everything and taken a huge weight off of our shoulders as we prepare to move in. | Tl;dr: If you're looking for a real estate agent- then you are like my wife and I four months ago. Don't bother contacting the agents on Redfin, Zillow, Long and Foster (etc..). Just contact Susan and Alex. ---- One cute little house started our search and everyone else we contacted told us we could view that house. Susan and Alex got back to us 45 min later and said we couldn't view the house - it was under contract and then provided additional useful non pushy information. Now it's 4 months later, we've just closed on a house in our ideal neighborhood which thanks to Susan and Alex we got below asking price and with an additional closing credit. Never mind the fact they know everyone in town, or that they are willing to leverage their thick rolodexes of well vetted contractors for anything you need, or even that your email will never go unanswered at nearly any time of day. They are just thoughtful honest experts who at no cost to you (they are primarily buyers agents) are going to get you the best shot you've got at buying a house you'll be happy with in DC and that's becoming a bit of an impossible task. Plus, they are willing to keep supporting your homeowner adventure post closing. Need a recommendation? Need a second opinion on a paint color? They are still just as helpful and responsive. Now maybe you want agents who will sugar coat things, maybe you want agents who make great sounding promises that won't carry through. In that case then please do choose those other agents, and let the rest of us work with Susan and Alex. |

| While living in New York, we reached out to The Isaacs Team with one particular home in Georgetown that we were interested in. Just a few weeks later, we closed on that exact home - our absolute dream home - and we undoubtedly would not have been able to if it was not for Susan and Alex. Considering we were not living in DC at the time, it was incredibly important for us to have an agent that was knowledgeable, communicative, and trustworthy, and we certainly found that in the Isaacs Team! | I worked with The Isaacs Team on buying a house, and then a couple of months later when I decided I should sell my old condo there was no doubt in my who I wanted to work with for my second real estate transaction. Super knowledgeable about the city and the process, and incredibly helpful in whipping the unit into shape. I ended up selling for more than my asking price and doing it really fast.
