| Susan just so happened to answer the phone one Saturday when I called about a listing. It was my lucky day. That particular house didn't work out for us. She listened carefully and quickly caught on as to what worked for our family. Susan showed us only a few more homes before we found the perfect home. | My wife and I recently had the opportunity to work with Susan James who helped us find a fantastic home in Covington, LA. We started our search with another agent who, after a couple of showings, just forgot about us. Out of frustration, we started to look on our own. Susan represented one of the properties we looked at. The house was not a perfect fit for our taste but rather than trying to push it on us, Susan immediately set up multiple appointments to see other properties the very next day. One of those houses ended up being our new home. Long story short…Susan made us feel like we were her only clients. She was proactive, held our hand every step of the way, took care of all the little details, ironed out a bunch of sticky snags, and gracefully made the deal work for all involved. We could not have been more satisfied with the results. |

| My family had a wonderful experience buying a house with Susan James as our real estate agent. Once we indicated we definitely wanted to purchase a particular house, Susan was ready to do whatever was needed to make an offer and purchase the house. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. We would definitely have Susan James again as our real estate agent! |
