I see myself as a matchmaker for clients and brokers.  All email requests for information that come into our company now come through me.  I respond immediately to all of our clients and set them up with a broker who I feel will best be able to fill their needs. 

I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years.  My experience in the Bar Harbor area market is unrivaled as is my experience with the inns and bed & breakfast properties throughout the state of Maine.  I am the first person to acknowledge that our success is because of my amazing team.  We have made some recent changes and I know that our company has never been stronger and more qualified to represent clients. 

Certifications include:  Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Residential Broker, E-Pro, Resort Specialist, Leadership Training Graduate. 

My personal brokerage efforts focus on Inn/B&Bs, commercial real estate and luxury properties.  As the one at the helm of a very talented brokerage team, I have very few personal clients.  I do enjoy working with serious clients who are creative and high energy in their acquisition styles and financing negotiations.
