I'd like to take a few moments to introduce myself.  As the owner/inspector of Rest Assured Inspection Services, LLC, we serve all of the Pikes Peak area and surrounding counties.
     We offer Commercial Inspections, Residential home inspections, Pre-Listing, Seller and Warranty inspections, Investor walkthrough inspections, Radon testing, and Certified Well Water Sampling.
     I am a proud member of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and take yearly Continuing Educational classes to maintain my membership. With additional skills including a Licensed HVAC Mechanic 4 Service Technician, and BPI Certified Energy Auditor, you're in good hands with an inspection from me...
I'm also professionally trained for Commercial Inspections through Inspection Training Associates (ITA) Kaplan Professional Schools.
     I constantly strive to provide a quality service and client convenience.  Our average inspection time is approximately 2-3 hours, and our reports are available within 24-48 hours electronically.

We invite our clients to come along and attend the inspection with us, as an on-site consultation will help to avoid any potential misunderstandings.  
Our office is open Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m for scheduling.  
We inspect properties 7 days a week at the clients convenience, weather permitting. 
     Additionally, we accept cash or check at the time of inspection, or can take credit cards using Paypal. I invoice ahead of the inspection, using PayPal for secure credit card handling.
