I am just an ordinary guy who likes what I do and cares about people. When I am representing a buyer I know that in most cases this is the largest investment they will ever make. It is also the best return they will ever get on their investment. If you compare real estate prices from 1945 to today this will explain this to you. That is the reason I take I go the extra mile so I and my client feel comfortable in the home buying process.

I attend many events nationwide where I can take classes and keep me on the cutting edge of changes a in rela estate. I also have been a mortgage lender and understand the in and out of mortgage lending. Having at one tome worked for the largest lender in the nation (CW) I have learned that all lenders do not look after the customer, but they are always looking out after themselves. That is corporate America and that is why I do not work for them now.  As a Realtor it not about what is best for the company, but rather what is best for my client. As long as that is taken care of we will both be happy. I definitely believe in a win- win philosophy.

I truly believe that a Realtor should work in an area that he or she specializes in. I specialize in an area that is from Great Hills/Northwest hills North. This includes Cedar Park, Leander,Liberty Hill,Georgetown,Hutto,Round Rock, and Pflugerville. As for as going south to say Western Oaks, Circle C Ranch, Dripping Springs, and south Austin in general I have a lessor knowledge about these areas. But on the other hand I have a good knowledge of the Kyle, Buda area and have wher I  sold quite a few homes.

I have a very broad price range, just by the areas I have sold home in. As for the type of clients I work with they have ranged from executives with major companies to first time home buyers, and I am very comfortable with either of these types of buyers or sellers. Any client or Realtor must have trust in each other, and reach a certain comfort level with each other.. That is a must in any good relationship.

I must say that first time buyers are really my favorite buyers and they do need the help of a good Realtor, with a high level of integrity. Looking out for their best interests is so important. They have not been through this process before and without the help of someone they can make some serious mistakes that can affect their lives for years to come, as you may be seeing on the news. I know first hand how that type of thing can happen as I have personally seen it with the Countrywide Homes Loans and KB Homes joining together on the mortgage end. Many people were hurt by this and some of them cannot get out of it, and therefore that has caused many foreclosures. This is just the type trap I want to protect first time home buyers from falling into. It is not that the homes were not built good, but the loan process was awful , therefore trapping people in homes, and in neighborhoods with declining home price due to foreclosures, and investment properties in the neighborhood.
