Of course, the other side to that is that a potential buyer cannot include your property in her narrowed down list if the photography is poor or the panoramas make her feel like she is riding the teacups!  She'll just glance and move on. 

Buyers love virtual tours because they save hours of time visiting homes that are not right for them.  Homeowners love them because it generally means that their home is only being shown to serious potential buyers. 

Realtors call us to do virtual tours of their personal residences...so that says a lot!
