Get to know Tali Wolder

I have lived in Florida for about 12 years, I was born in South Africa and travelled widely before making the decision to have a home in South Florida. Living here is like living in Paradise, it's always warm, palm trees give the suburban area a tropical island feel and there is just so much to do and see.

While my background was in marketing and I owned a consulting company for many years, I began to work in real estate in Florida. I developed training programs and providing training for Realtors. I also compiled industry research reports and here developed a passion for real estate. Whether it's a Buyer's market or Seller's market, the industry is vibrant and exciting.

 I advise on investment opportunities and buying strategies. My buyers are smart, successful people, they like to make informed decisions. I use my marketing background to understand markets and the dynamics of various communities. I provide my clients with updated information so that they can derive the most benefit from current market conditions.

I now focus on assisting Buyers who want a second home to get away from the winter cold up North. My clients come from New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, occasionally Ilinois and Canada. Most of my clients purchase in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas.

For many of my clients, their decision to buy in Florida is a jump into the unknown. They know that want to own a home here but do not have a fixed idea on which city or even type of community they should consider. This is where I come in. Beacause my business focuses on Buyers, I am not committed to selling any particular community or listing. Often, the first day with my clients is spent visiting different communities to get an idea for where they would feel comfortable. We look at local amenities, including proximity to shopping, medical services, specific school or other features noted as important by the clients. We then hone in on the areas and communities and types of homes most liked and define those that offer exceptional value. Some clients want move-in ready. others are willing to consider older homes in need of renovation so that they can put their own stamp on the home.

Florida offers very different lifestyles, everything from oceanfront condo living to country club communities focused on golf to active adult communities with exceptional clubhouse facilities. Defining the Buyer's priority, and adding my exceptional area knowledge helps me ensure very happy clients buy their dream Florida homes.

I count myself to be one of the luckiest people. I have a job that alloews me to meet clients who become wonderful friends.
