I offer a unique set of skills in many aspects of real estate. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Messiah College. I have a broad professional experience in the construction management industry including managing multiple large scale military housing renovation and demolition projects across the United States. I completed training in home inspection through the Kaplan ITA training program. I have personally purchased and managed my own investment properties and hold the Certified Property Management Specialist designation.
