I have been in Real Estate since 2003 and take pride in the service I am able to provide my buyers and sellers. I try to go the extra mile and have been known to paint, clean, pressure wash ~ what ever it takes to get my house sold. I thoroughly enjoy working with people (and as a sign lanugage interpreter have been able to add hearing impaired customers to my contacts) and now have my husband working with me. Together, as a team, we are ready to reach new heights in the real estate market. We specialize in Residential (new homes and resale), Land (acreage or lots) and some commercial properties. We live outside of Charlotte and have access to horse properties, farms, and quiet secluded properties. Bill is a native Charlottean and knows the area there very well. With 36 years in sales and marketing for an international company, he is able to use his knowledge to effectively negotiate the best price for our buyers and sellers.
