Ten years ago I started out as investor!  I had always wanted to purchase homes, fix them up and return them to the market or rent them out.  While acting on my wealth building portfolio I found my love for the housing industry.  I spent over a year in the appraisal industry to gain better knowledge of how appraiser's see things.  I followed that by spending about equal time in the New Home Sales.  I won several VIP awards for my efforts and what I was most proud of was the excellent Customer Service Rating that I received.  I believe that once you find an agent that you trust and work well with; that person should be with you for life.  I try very hard to build that relationship with all of my clients. I urge my client's to use me as the go-to person for all their home needs.  It is convenient for them to just dial my number if they need anything from painting, housesitting to changing light bulbs.  I attempt to make the whole buying and selling process smooth for my clients.
