I am a dedicated Colorado real estate professional. I hold the Realtor® and CPDE® designations, and I am involved in gaining additional education on a variety of topics from real estate valuation methods to real estate statistical analysis, among the scores of articles, classes and subjects in the field. I love architecture and the history of housing, and the possibilities I help create for real estate ownership in Colorado.

I also hold Bachelor of Arts degrees in Management of Human Resources and Liberal Arts -Elementary Education, with emphasis on Gifted Education, as well as an MBA in Global Management. I have held an ABr designaton, and currently hold the CDPE® designation. I cannot underscore this passion for learning, and read several books a month on a variety of topics. I take an average of 32 hrs of continuing education per year to help me serve you better.

As a practitioner in the field of Professional Real Estate services, I seek first to educate people on the values of understanding the foundations of personal financial management and tutor all of my clients on running their personal finances like a business with proprietary tools I have developed for them. I show Buyers and Sellers the need to treat their real estate and mortgages wtih respect as investments in their financial futures. I caution them against becoming overly speculative, and help them understand the effect today's actions have in the future. 

I have researched hundreds of programs, books, tapes, and seminars on financial management, including college coursework. Much of what I found was very complicated to follow, and looked too cumbersome to make it practical at an individual level. To that end i have worked to design tools that are easy to use, effective, and applicable to day-to-day living, where someone is in position to purchase or sell their home, or to help them understand how to "dig out" from a mess they are in.

I have incorporated these tools into my presentations, and am seeing them make differences in people's lives.  I continue to research the topic, and look at many programs that are offered by radio, or TV, internet, or in the library and bookstores, and continue to purusue advanced degrees and certificates to find ways to make people's lives better.

My goal is to make real estate ownership or sale understandable and efficient for my clients and customers alike.
