With a formal education in molecular biology I naturally entered the business world working for a large Southeastern regional bank, learning finance from the inside out.  Leveraged that knowledge into distressed property investing which led to founding and running real estate and mortgage brokerages as well as a custom building contractor. Jeff is also a twice funded real estate and mortgage technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic business analysis and development. 

Still a scientist at heart, I enjoy looking for signals amongst the noise, extracting valuable insight from patterns of information.
