After 38 years of teaching high school, I decided it was time for a change! With proven people skills and the desire to keep working with people, as opposed to, say, watching Wheel of Fortune every day, the Wonderful World of Real Estate beckoned!
I don't like to consider myself to be an "expert" at anything. I have many abilities (I actually am good in math), and even more interests (fishing, target shooting, etc). I have done income tax preparation and accounting in my "spare" time for many years for the public. I cut my own firewood, and I am also a pretty good home handyman. I'm just not an "expert!"
Now I am selling real estate. I like working with young people who are buying their first home, and I like working with older folks "downsizing" to a carefree condo.
