I am the leader of the Team For YOUr Dreams, a wonderful group of top professionals in Raleigh, North Carolina.  As a Realtor since 1979 years, I have sold everything from REOs under $25,000 to estates over $3,000,000,  from vacant land to office buildings.  I was part of a construction and development company for 15 years, I helped to build a couple hundred homes and create subdivisions in the Palos Verdes area of Los Angeles County.  If you live in Lunada Pointe at the end of Hawthorne Boulevard, or Park Place at the end of Crenshaw Boulevard in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA I created your neighborhood.

I moved to Raleigh in 1996 and affiliated with Prudential Carolinas Realty.  They gave me the Legend Award for years of good work.  Now, I am with RE/MAX United and  RE/MAX put me in their Hall of Fame.  I have lots of other awards, but the most meaningful is that I have an extremely high rate of repeat customers and referrals from my customers and friends.

One thing I hope you will not hold against me is that I am also an attorney, still licensed in California.  I was a litigator (the guy who goes to court) in Environmental Law cases, mostly representing neighborhood organizations and citizens groups in cases that involved Environmental Impact Reports, General Plan consistency and Zoning Laws.

My wife, Judy, and I met in fourth grade and we were High School sweethearts.  We were married in 1969.   We have two children, Laurie and Jeff, and four grandchildren, Alex, Jill, Max and Sam.
