| Our experience with Tim during the purchase of our first home was above reproach. He was the Keller Williams' buyer's agent at the property we made our first offer on. Unfortunately, that fell through when another buyer made an offer we couldn't compete with. Tim stayed with us afterwards, and helped us find the perfect home. We spent time searching together, something he was always willing to take time for. When we had additional questions as first time home buyers, he was quick to respond and patient with our lack of knowledge in some areas. Tim's expertise in home inspection helped us build confidence (or understand shortcomings) in properties we visited. Finally, we found the right home. The process for closing our home was long and arduous, due to it being a VA loan and some other issues, but Tim was efficient at every step. On closing day we all shared smiles and hugs, the journey was over! Summarily, Tim's service as our realtor made us feel special and appreciated. He was supportive when we lost the first home, and encouraging when we resumed our search. He never rushed or pushed us towards anything, it was always an open and honest conversation. We can't thank him enough, and couldn't recommend him more. |
