A True Blessing! 🚩🚩🚩Are you looking for an impressive realtor? 🚩🚩🚩 Look NO further. You found her, she's Tina Hannaford, and before you think otherwise, just hear why we, think she is. First and foremost, it has been almost 30 years since we have sold or bought a home, and to say we were overwhelmed is an understatement. We obviously had an idea where to start, but it wasn't your "normal" circumstances. It was my late 102-year-old Aunt's house who resides in Arizona, and I, on the other hand, live in Ohio. My situation was that I had a really nice home that I had been trying to sell for over a year and I thought I knew what I was doing but after 4 failed contracts, and 3 real estate agents later, I was forced to stop everything, take the house off the market, and re-evaluate things. I needed an experienced and qualified agent to use a reliable process with the best resources and find the most qualified buyers. After a month of interviewing the top agent picks, my partner and I were very impressed with the detailed marketing plan Tina Hannaford (Berkshire Hathaway) presented to us. It was clear what she intended to do and the buyer profile she was going to target. Times were very stressful financially for me and my partner, as we had planned to have the home sold a long time ago. Hiring Tina was the right choice because she understood we had no time to waste. We were selling the house to finance building a new home, and already had commitments financially. So we expressed that selling quickly is important to us. She wasted no time and was showing the property to people before we even put it back on the market. She kept true to the plan that she presented, and it was classy and professional all the way. Better late than never! I am grateful! I woke up to an unsolicited client review early this morning and literally had tears streaming down my face. After having a brief conversation in my kitchen, I knew I would select you as my agent and regret not finding you sooner.
