St Louis Loan Officer
I have spent 24 years in the mortgage industry in various capacities including regional manager positions with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. As well, I have owned my own real estate brokerage and understand the real estate transaction form both standpoints. I feel this gives me a unique insight into the overall transaction and an ability to anticipate issues others may not be aware of until it is too late. Additionally, in my current capacity as a loan officer, I have developed a team of service providers and Realtors to deliver an uncommonly smooth level of service in every transaction.
Gary Keller wrote in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent that the components of a successful real estate business are Leads, Listings and Leverage. As a lender, my focus is to partner with Realtors and provide them the tools, physically and intellectually, to address each of these three areas. In essence, provide leverage to my Realtor partners to assist them in growing their listing base and in turn lead generation. An integral part of these partnerships is coaching and accountability.

I have expertise in working with conventional loans and jumbo loans in the state of Missouri and St Louis County specifically. I offer conventional loans and jumbo loans for purchasing, refinancing for rate/term and/or cashout transactions. For home buyers I provide pre-approvals and work to present the buyers loan file in the best possible way to secure the best terms for their loan.
I serve among other communities in the Missouri and St louis area, Clayton, Ladue, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Des Peres, Ballwin, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Wildwood, Ellisville, Olivette and Manchester. I am centrally located in Chesterfield. I have experience managing transactions for all different types of properties.
I am married to Arlene and we have two children, Samantha (17) and Andrew (13). I have been in the real estate industry since 1984 and graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Business Administration. I have a depth of experience that is not common within the loan officer community. This experience enables me to support the buyers transaction from various viewpoints, thereby recognizing and avoiding issues that the typical loan officer my not even recognize until it is too late.
I enjoy family, reading, exercise, and playing golf. I am a member of state and local Realtors Associations and the state and local Mortgage Bnakers Associations.
