Kristin Mason measures her success by how well her clients achieve their success. Trained by industry leader Kim Dickey, Kristin, an Trainer for Resource Title Agency, embodies the proven approach of delivering what people want in the sales process - empowerment to attain their goals.
Available for private instruction throughout Ohio, Kristin visits companies to help them polish their professional relationship-building and sales skills. "I'm really in the business of helping people learn how to relate to other people," Kristin says, "and in the process, we identify the techniques that will make them more profitable. My goal is to help people find ways to generate more business."
Kristin believes that people buy from people they trust, people they want to enter professional relationships with, people who are knowledgeable. She builds upon those fundamental keys to develop success.
With over a decade of experience in the banking and title industry, Kristin has a keen understanding of Realtors' needs. Kristin provides training on a range of subjects including seven classes approved for Realtors' continuing education requirements.

"So, I show people practical ways of how to capture more listings, attain commitments, enhance negotiation skills and become better listeners. For instance, Kristin focuses on how to treat customers well and only sell what would benefit them. "If the product is not right for the customer, then it's ultimately not right for you to sell it to him," she says. "You may get the one-time sale, but in the long run, you'll erode that client's trust. I teach my students to look at the big picture. If they're not helping the client, they're not helping themselves."
