I am a former: Accountant/CPA, Vice President of Sales and President/CEO in the Hi-Tech Industry. I have been a Realtor since 2002 and a Broker since 2004. The Fry Team does residential and commercial real estate. While I focus on the commercial side, my wife, Kim, handles the residential side.
I teach three commercial MCE course (Intro to Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Contracts & Negotiation and Commercial Leases and Tenant Representation).
I am a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty, Director of KW Commercial and a member of the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty - Dallas Metro North.
Reyna Castillo is our Buyer Specialist and Dana Veach is our Customer Care Manager.
Residential - While we handle properties anywhere in the DFW area, we specialize in Flower Mound and Plano, Texas. In flower Mound, we focus on Bridlewood and Wellington. We also do a lot of work in Carrllton, Lewisville, Frisco, Arlington, Southlake and Euless.
Commercial - We are the listing Agent for The Market Square at Unicorn Lake in Denton Texas ( www.unicornlake.com ). We focus on retail strip centers, office leases, restaurant leases and industrial leases. We also work on multi-family , land, gas station/convenience store and stanalone retail projects. We will work with investors who want to build and develop their own retail strip center or standalone retail building.
We work projects primarily in DFW, but we have also completed projects in Austin, Texas and California for our clients. Our clients are based in the DFW area, California, New York, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
